Q. HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I SCHEDULE MY AUTO TRANSPORT?

A. It is best to book as far in advance as possible, so we can better guarantee and accommodate your schedule/timeframe. Though, we do understand this is not always feasible.

Q. WHAT METHOD OF PAYMENTS DOES ANEW TRANSPORT ACCEPT?

A. Anew Transport accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover for payment, which is to be submitted at the time you place your order. These payments are accepted for the full amount. For larger customers, we bill on standard 30 day terms.

Q. WHAT DO YOU CONSIDER AN OVERSIZE VEHICLE?

A. Any vehicle that is larger than a standard sedan or crossover is considered an oversize vehicles. If the vehicle has any up-fitted equipment such as, ladder racks, service bodies, etc, it is also considered an oversize vehicle.

Q. SHOULD I BE PRESENT WHEN YOU PICK UP OR DELIVER MY VEHICLE?

A. Yes. Either you or an authorized agent must be present to sign for the condition of your vehicle at both pickup and delivery, this is called the Bill of Lading/condition report.

Q. IS YOUR SERVICE DOOR TO DOOR?

A. Yes. With door-to-door transport, you don’t have to go to a terminal to ship your vehicle or accept delivery. Anew Transport will pick up your vehicles at your residence, office or any other place you designate. (Pickup and delivery is subject to accessibility and local laws.)

A. We ship far more than just cars, trucks, and SUVs. We also specialize in shipping other vehicles such as vans, motorcycles, limousines, boats, and RVs. Q. CAN I PACK PERSONAL BELONGINGS IN MY VEHICLE FOR TRANSPORT?

A. Anew Transport strongly advises against packing personal belongings in a vehicle when preparing to ship a car. Personal items will not be insured if they are damaged or reported missing.

Q. WHAT DO I DO IF MY VEHICLE IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?

A. In the unlikely event that your vehicle is damaged in transit, please contact our claims department immediately. Any information you have regarding the claim should be sent directly to claims@anewtransport.com. A claims representative will contact you within 24 business hours.
